A standard print subscription will include a set number of hard-copy issues. Should you choose one of our digital subscription packages (even if paired with a print copy), it will include access to the journal archives. These digital copies will be available to you sooner than the mailed print copies.

You will have online access to full text and articles, tables of contents, and online archives. You will be able to search text, save articles and searches in a personal bookmarks and notes, and live reference links. Your password will give you access to your subscription from a computer connected to the Internet or android device.

Inmate Subscribers

Georgetown Law provides a special discounted rate for the Annual Review of Criminal Procedure (ARCP), a yearly publication produced by the Georgetown Law Journal. See more.

This rate is limited to a print copy only. In order to be eligible for the discounted rate you must be an inmate (or purchasing on behalf of an inmate) currently residing within a correctional facility. We also offer this discount to District Attorney’s Offices representing incarcerated individuals or groups and to correctional facility libraries.

Agency Subscriptions: We currently do not offer a standard agency subscription discount. All agency discount requests will be reviewed individually on a case by case basis. The proposed discounts are decided at the discretion of the Journal Administration Office and will not exceed 10%. See more.

Discounts are not automatic and will only be considered if the following criteria are met:

  • For a new agency must bring in at least 50 subscribers to a single publication title.
  • For existing agencies that already hold active subscriptions, must increase the number of new subscribers by a minimum of 10 -15% to a single publication title.
