The software is based on a powerful relational database management system that provides great flexibility. This is particularly significant because it enables us to be more responsive in serving our clients.

Our system maintains a centralized customer name and address record while keeping separate subscription records for all publications, single copy sales and donations. This builds a powerful marketing tool for you.

The flexibility built into our systems allows a subscriber record to be customized for a particular publication to include the information of value to the publisher. Any amount of demographic information can be included; there is virtually no limit. The same is true of setting up and tracking renewal and promotional efforts.

Additionally, the database management system allows for reports to be generated with the same flexibility. In many cases a request for special reports can be handled quickly and efficiently with little or no programming.

The software is constantly being enhanced to improve service. We use the latest software in address verification and standardization, maintaining your file CASS certified at all times. Our PAVE certified postal presort software allows us to maximize your postal discounts with barcoded labels, bagtags, and pallet tags or output into Mail.dat format. Delivery time to your subscribers is minimized.
